Meet our leadership team:
Zohreh Yamin, Chief Executive Officer
Zohreh Yamin is the co-founder and CEO of Inter-Growth.
Under her leadership, Inter-Growth has evolved into a nationwide consultancy serving a broad range of organizations in the Health and Human Services industry.
By combining her experience in strategic planning, organizational design, and process transformation, Zohreh helps clients achieve their most challenging goals, such as competing for public sector contracts, managing large-scale organizational change, and securing funding for community-based programming.
She has more than 20 years of experience as a clinician and administrator. Zohreh was an administrator in state managed-care systems in Iowa, Montana, and Arizona.
As her career progressed, she followed her passion for service and formed Inter-Growth in 2001. Her vision was to help Health and Human Services clients improve their organizational performance, with an emphasis on developing practical strategies to meet their most important objectives.
Since then, she has served dozens of clients in the for-profit and not-for-profit sectors. Her focus has always been on helping clients find innovative ways to create and sustain the momentum needed to reach their goals.
Today, Zohreh’s work focuses on supporting organizational growth and transition. As Health and Human Services executives evaluate the legislative, operational, and technological changes they face in the coming years, Zohreh and her team will continue to focus on how Inter-Growth’s clients can thrive in the emerging world of Health and Human Services.
Zohreh is committed to being of service to her clients, her teams, and her community. She brings this deep commitment to each client and every project.
She received her Bachelor’s Degree and her Master of Social Work from Indiana University, and completed clinical internships in Fairbanks, Alaska and London, England.
She is also a Licensed Independent Substance Abuse Counselor in the State of Arizona and a licensed Independent Social Worker in the State Indiana.
Stacey Yawn, Chief of Staff
Stacey Yawn brings 12 years of experience in marketing, proposal writing and editing, and project management. For Inter-Growth, she manages, coordinates, and deploys writing teams in response to RFPs and other client projects.
She also supports strategic planning and special projects for the company.
Prior to joining Inter-Growth, Stacey served as the primary proposal writer for Comprehensive Behavioral Care, a Florida-based managed behavioral health company. She developed and produced proposals for multimillion-dollar bids in the public and private sectors, including large Medicaid state bids and Medicare Advantage plan proposals.
Her experience also includes her role as Project Manager supporting Quality and Utilization Programs. As Project Manager, she generated state-required and client-specific reports in the areas of utilization, call center statistics, access to care, network management, and claims.
During her career, Stacey has successfully led several high-value proposal initiatives in excess of $50 million; streamlined proposal processes to increase efficiency; and helped facilitate multiple winning bids.
Richard Powers, Vice President of Business Development
With more than 25 years in the managed care industry as a provider and business development executive focused on business development for managed care ancillary products, Richard works with Inter-Growth clients to assist with business development through his expertise in strategic planning, execution of capture planning, RFP responses, product development regulatory compliance and many aspects of managed care.
Melinda Vasquez, Vice President of Business Development
With more than 20 years in the managed care industry, Melinda is a Senior level executive with expertise in Medicare and Medicaid Compliance, project management, community mobilization, Call Center implementations and process improvements to maximize efficiencies in large health care organizations. Leading cross-functional teams to ensure audit readiness, mobilize initiatives, connect agencies, focus resources, develop marketing materials and cultural competency programs.
